These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer" or "you") and FM Beauty, operated by Florentina Mustaph, located at Solistrasse 74, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland ("we," "our," or "us").

By booking our services, accessing our website, or engaging with our business, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

FM Beauty provides professional beauty services including:

• Eyebrow treatments (shaping, tinting, microblading)
• Eyelash services (extensions, lifts, tinting)
• Day and evening makeup application
• Bridal makeup services
• Permanent makeup procedures
• Beauty consultations

All services are provided by qualified professionals using high-quality, cruelty-free products. Service descriptions, duration, and prices are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Appointment Booking:

• Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
• All appointments must be confirmed by FM Beauty to be valid
• You must provide accurate contact and health information
• Appointments are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis

Cancellation Policy:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee or reschedule for CHF 20
• Less than 12 hours/No-show: Full charge applies
• Emergency situations: Considered case-by-case

Late Arrivals:

Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling. Appointments running more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled and charged accordingly.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash (Swiss Francs)
• TWINT
• Bank transfer
• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

Payment Policy:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
• Prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT
• Deposits may be required for certain services or first-time clients
• Group bookings and bridal services require 50% deposit

Pricing:

Prices are subject to change without notice but will be honored for confirmed bookings. Current pricing is available on our website or by request.

Client Responsibilities:

• Disclose all relevant health conditions, allergies, and medications
• Inform us of any skin conditions or previous reactions to cosmetics
• Arrive with clean skin (makeup-free for certain treatments)
• Follow all pre and post-treatment care instructions

Contraindications:

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if:

• You have contraindicated health conditions
• You are under the influence of alcohol or substances
• You have active skin infections or conditions in the treatment area
• You are pregnant (for certain treatments)

Hygiene Standards:

We maintain the highest hygiene standards in compliance with Swiss health regulations, including sterilized equipment, single-use items, and sanitized work areas.

Service Results:

• Individual results may vary based on skin type, age, and other factors
• We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee specific outcomes
• Photos shown are examples and not guarantees of individual results
• Some treatments require multiple sessions for optimal results

Touch-ups and Corrections:

• Minor adjustments within 7 days are complimentary for certain services
• Major corrections may incur additional charges
• Permanent makeup touch-ups are included within 4-6 weeks

Professional Liability:

FM Beauty maintains professional liability insurance as required by Swiss law. Our liability is limited to the scope of our insurance coverage and Swiss consumer protection law.

Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for allergic reactions if proper disclosure was not made
• Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law
• Claims must be reported within 30 days of the service
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

Client Assumption of Risk:

By receiving our services, you acknowledge inherent risks in cosmetic procedures and agree to follow all aftercare instructions to minimize complications.

Photography and Social Media:

• We may photograph your results for portfolio and marketing purposes
• You can opt out of photography at any time
• Images may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials
• Your identity will remain confidential unless you provide written consent

Website Content:

All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is protected by Swiss copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Swiss data protection law (nDSG).

Data Usage:

• Client records are maintained for safety and continuity of care
• Contact information is used for appointment confirmations and service updates
